I would use a condom. The "women" are beautiful. I would use the Tecate Hotel for $11, just around the block. Better to meet them at the Hotel. They usually will request a $40 tip for the meeting. I think it is not illegal as opposed to legal in TJ and they are supposed to have health certificates.
Although not my thing, you will come across some very attractive TS women. As for going down on them, I would only do it protected!
