It is time for me to face up to my intrigue and passion for transsexuals, but I don't know how to proceed. Ideally I would like to meet a transsexual who could expose me to this new world of experience and engagement. So, how does someone like me proceed?

What area are you at and perhaps people can give you some ideas as to who would be good as a first time.  Are you looking for a top or a bottom?

Is figuring out what you are looking for.  TS providers run the gamut from very feminine to barely feminine.  Some have committed themselves to being transgender through hormones; others go solely with implants.  Some are pure tops (and some of those have impressively large equipment); some are bottoms or "versatile."  Some are sensual, interesting people and some just want to pump your cock and pocket your cash.  You may not even know what you want until you have had some experiences.
