I was contacted to appear on the Maury show for their Halloween episode of is it. a man or a woman lol...
this is just a poll! Who thinks that I should do it? Who thinks I should just stay in chicago?
I can see how it could be fun and have lots of exposure.. but, I can also see how it could be humiliating having people guess if i'm a man or a woman.. hmmmmmm
xoxox
cameron
wow, you are something else....do it just so i can see you on video....then again don't because it will probably just be a bunch of assholes.....damn, skip Maury and come to las vegas...
Cameron:
First of all I assume this was a legitimate inquiry and not a prank. If so, wow! What a compliment and a dilemma. You are obviously a great choice and I think it could be a lot of fun.
You may recall a couple of years ago that a very lovely TS known as Ruby went on Maury’s show for a similar episode of “Is she a man or a woman?”. For a while Ruby had some clips from the show on her website. I don’t follow Maury’s show but judging only from the clips of that episode it looked like a real hoot. While he certainly played it up as a sensation and controversy I didn’t think the treatment of the ladies was in poor taste or that it reflected badly on Ruby. Others may be more familiar with Maury’s shows on this subject so please chime in!
Unfortunately Ruby’s website is gone now and Ruby is either in retirement or deeply UTR. Her TER profile has been removed as well. The last confirmed sighting of Ruby that I am aware of was about 18 months ago – she had an Eros touring ad up briefly back then. Perhaps you can figure out a way to contact her so that you can talk to someone who has been through the experience. I don’t know about any other TS that may have been on the show but seem to recall that Ruby had a great deal of fun with it and in the early days may have even felt that it had been a positive experience overall. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell you how it all turned out for her in the end.
I do know that Maury’s shows are spectacles so you will probably need a thick skin and a good attitude and should expect some exploitation of your particular status as a very lovely TS. I think the personal feelings you may experience by being on the show will be a small issue compared to the public exposure you may gain. You may become very recognizable to a much larger group of people and may lose the privacy and discretion you may take for granted today. You will have to decide if all that attention is worth it and if this is a risk you are willing to take. I would be concerned that you not underestimate this issue either. If you think you can handle the public exposure that your appearance on the show may generate, both good and bad, then I say go for it.
You certainly have our support and encouragement although many of us may not be able to be very public about it
. It will be very nice for some of us (at least the more ‘decent’ ones anyway) to be able to say “We knew her when…”. The again, you could always just go to Vegas instead.
Best of luck,
TS Tempted
It is my good fortune to have met Ruby as a client of her's only to have her turn into a dear friend and confidante over the last few years. She has indeed retired and is working full time as well as attending college full time. She remains as sexy,as smart and as wonderful as she has ever been. I have no doubt that she will see this thread and it will bring a smile to her face. She is truly a sweet girl.

She's going to graduate with a BA next semester and will enter law school next year. She's working in a big downtown law firm and has retired from "the business." We remain good friends and she's every bit as special as all of the great "press" she's gotten over the years.
Now in her early 30's she's a smokin hot and beautiful as ever . . .
She did indeed seem very special. Thank you both for the update (and aren't you the lucky ones?).
Please pass along our congratulations on graduation and our very best wishes for law school and life.

Go on the show it will give you a lot of exposure. then use that to get more business and travel out of chicago. Maury is a platform and it is how you handle it that will determine success or failure
Personally I wouldn't do it - UNLESS I was being paid appropriately.
Remember they are making money off you - and nobody makes money off my ass unless I get a cut.
These shows make fortunes in advertising revenue, and they pay the people who appear pennies, if that. They are looking for people who have no experience dealing with media who they can take advantage of.
Remember these shows appears in hundreds of markets - all with separate advertising streams. They go into syndication and appear for the next 20 years - that's royalty money honey.
We've been contacted by the Maury show and Jerry Springer several times now.
The first time they offered us $100 and an "all expense paid" overnight trip to Chicago in February. Gee thanks - lemme get my snow boots. I countered with $100,000 and a private jet plus residuals.
The last time they offered $1,000 and I countered with $25,000 plus 1% royalty on gross advertising, residuals and a free ad for our web site - so we're getting closer each year... giggle.
If you pay me enough you can riducule me on national TV, no problem - but not for a hundred bucks, and not for 10,000.
Of course you can riducule me here for free - hummm - gotta think about that one... giggle... ![]()
Go ahead and do it if you want - but I'd be sure you get paid well - and remember as TS Tempted said it could "out" you in areas that might not make it worthwhile.
Also remember if you don't get a specific contract allowing you to repost segments of the show (highly unlikely) they can and will sue you.
You will likely be required to sign an ALL rights release - which means the footage can be resold in the "stock" video market and you will not see a dime. your footage could one day end up in an anti-trans advertisement or worse.
Here's a tip - ask them to fax you a copy of the contract - I can alomst guarantee they won't - they will have you sign stuff 5 minutes before the show.
So have fun and let us know what happens.
Giggle,
TS Jamie ![]()

I would go for it. You are definitely beautiful enough that you would fool most of the people in the audience, including Maury.
Yeah, they keep asking me many, many times to go on the Maury show and I've always declined. It's good exposure if you are doing porno movies but if you want to keep your private life separate from your professional life, I don't think it's a good idea.
I'm totally stealth in my private life and I don't want all my friends and coworkers to see me on that show.
The embarassing part would be if you were born a woman, and they asked you to go on. How insulting. Otherwise, all in good fun I guess. I wouldn't do it, but to each his own. You could certainly fool me, so I wouldn't mind seeing the episode.
The post above made me remember a funny story.
My Mother and I were on a trip to Morro Bay, CA. We stopped for lunch at "Pea Soup Andersons" in Buelton. (If you've never been there it's a must do eatery...)
Anway these two burly bikers, all bundled up in leather pulled into the parking lot on big huge Harely Davidson touring bikes.
As we walked past my Mother noticed one of the bikes and told the driver...
"How cute - any man who has a teddy bear strapped to his bike can't be all bad."
Only problem it was a WOMAN!
Giggle,

And another funny one - did anyone read about the genetic woman who was thrown out of the ladies room by police. That would really suck.
We'll go along with that Star. Darn right.
She appeared and has some interesting stories. Also said Jerry called - but she declined.
Her profile is currently on Eros

I always catch these Maury Shows and have found two patterns. One is; most of the Transsexual's have ad's on Eros and two is; they always have the real woman put on excess make-up and normally pick gals who are pretty buffed to try and fool the audience. One great show on April Fools Day was when Maury's staff had all real women on the stage and not one Transsexual.Still, I think they are great shows and a good representation on just how incredible these "gals" look today........
Nikki, I would do it and take the opportunity, like Princess Gianna, to make a point. "Sexuality is between your legs, Gender is between your ears" You will definatley be chosen as a woman and you are.
Best of luck!
Please let us know what you decide, anyway you are beautiful..
