Fist of all, Rachel doesn't say anything in her ad about client requirements.  She doesn't ask you any questions when you set up an appointment.  So, there is no attempt at screening.  And if someone were to get through the screening, then she has to learn how to quickly and politely say the equivalent of "I am really sorry about this, because you seem like a nice person, but I just don't feel the chemistry that I need."

No it wasnt spite or self lacking, it was an honest replay of what did happen. Its not an ax grinding. It was honest info for everyone to consider and draw there own conclusions.
