My take...

While there are lovely ladies that visit the Dulles area from time to time it is not very frequently that the good ones advevtise on BP. In fact there is a group of girls that live out this way who are constantly changing their names and pictures.

I'd say 98% of the ads for TS's in Dulles are fake ads or at best just poor service. It is very rarely that you find any of these girls who resemble what you see in the photo so I'd recommend staying clear unless you have informatoin from another source that might suggest otherwise.
