Tia, I'm visiting your home base of Toronto for the first time in a couple weeks.  As I was getting ready to plan my trip, I was researching providers and came across the many glowing reviews of you and I had to say that I was disappointed in the unfortunate timing of my trip vs. your U.S. tour.  Hopefully, the planets will align down the road and our paths will cross.  

I guess sometimes it's better to not know what you are missing.
