The cumulative number deaths per infections to date in Sweden is 6.8% compared to 3.0% in the US, Sweden having suffered an initial "spike" in deaths as you mentioned. However the current pool of infected people in Sweden looks to be around 491 per million compared with 3272 per million in the USA so it is in a much healthier condition at present. Infections and deaths count were taken from the WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Dashboard Data Table. The contagion pool was determined by my compilation based on an epidemiologist's YouTube presentation of the longevity of the contagious period and symptoms, from which I assumed immunity for the survivors. Sweden's population is about 10.2 million; the US is 331.0 million.

I was wondering if any of the providers caught the virus from a client?  I have stopped seeing providers ever since the virus hit in March and wondered if it was safe to start seeing providers again.

Of course there is a risk. Just depends on how worth it is to you to see the provider.

...in the morning.

YOU have to decide what's your personal risk to reward ratio and proceed accordingly.

Otherwise, you might as well swaddle yourself in bubble wrap, sit on the couch and wait for the sweet release...of death ;)

What I tell everyone else:

If you're afraid of getting sick, stay the fuck home

I've "basically" been self isolating since shut down order here in LA (still get groceries & go to laundrymat) and had a very mental "will see" list of long time regulars. Did that until stay at home order was lifted here.
After order was lifted, my list expanded from the regulars to potential new clients when my screening conditions are met. I'll continue that way until conditions change for the better (fingers crossed).
With all that said, I know (and I'm pretty sure my clients understand) that there is a level of risk involved. For 7 to 10 days after a session, I wake up day like, "no symptoms? phew!" (and I know that's no gauge of infection). A new client I saw about 10 days ago had been tested negative 3 days before our session, but I understood that really meant not much either).
As somebody said above, if you're going to play (or work in my case), there's a level of risk until vaccine & herd immunity down the road (fingers crossed on both hands).
Be safe & be well y'all,
Kacy TGirl

... of being with a provider in LA who is contagious based on my analysis, which used CA govt published case data for LA and an epidemiologist's presentation of the visibility of symptoms and duration (days) of infection.

The big assumption is that the provider has been seeing 14 customers per week continuously since the fist week of April. How close is that count to reality?

For those who remember his wisdom, I guess Alfred E. Neuman truly knows the sheople. "What, me worry?"

It is foolhardy if you visit someone and then you go home to family.  It is basically unlawful.

I live in complete isolation except I continue to visit the girls.  Because of underlying medical conditions, I've been told that if I catch the bug and have a moderate to severe case of Covid-19, the mortality rate is a little over 50%.

I have gotten rid of almost every possession, done the paperwork and purchased a burial plot. lfg.

... for each encounter, as the pool of contagious OC people has diminished due to the decline in recent new cases. But here's the rub: repeated encounters greatly increase the probability of being with a contagious asymptomatic tranny at least once. For 5 encounters, it's 25.8%. (Like flipping a coin 5 times and losing if it comes up tails at least once; you know the chance of that is way more than the 50% chance for any single flip.) The huge unknown greatly impacting the risk is the number of mongers typically seen in a week. Maybe nobody knows and the girls won't say. My numbers assume 14 / week constant from the beginning of this pandemic. Good luck, asnlvr.

The transvestites I visit probably have a fewer clients than the high volume female prostitutes I see.  Realistically, they average 30 to 50 customers per week.  It is what it is.

... since the beginning of the pandemic??  How are they NOT getting infected? Or have most of them been infected, but recovered?

If you're not afraid of getting the common cold from a person you shouldn't be afraid of Cov.  Lot's of REAL data out there folks.  Stop letting the power brokers terrify you into submission.

Over 170,000 Americans have died due to this virus since Jan of this year.  I have a family member who is a front line nurse in one of the RED states who ignored social distancing, masks, and opened things up early.  They are paying for it now.  The hospital in San Antonio where my family member works has refrigerated 18 wheeler containers in the parking lot for temporary morgues.

Over 1000 people a day are passing away in the US due to this virus.  Asnlvr is a long time contributor to the TER TS Board and for a lack of better words to choose, a legitimate, self proven TS Monger who has been enjoying this hobby for over 40 years in LA.  Assuming he is in the age bracket that needs to be concerned, he is doing the right thing.

The Covid virus is not going to just "go away".  Playing it smart is the way to go.

Asnlvr, good judgement!

Probably have a better chance catching herp or the ghon before covid.

Just gotta weigh the risk. If its for you, go for it!

Nope, they haven't but this isn't even worth the effort.  Your 'Fox News' comment speaks volumes.  Fox was hitting the "panic, cry, hide, chaos, virus apocalypse" button in January.  Pushing for lockdowns and bunkers and bullshit well before most people even knew what Covid was.

You can cry, hide, panic, and walk around in a bubble if that makes you happy.  The power brokers only want to make sure you pick that bale of cotton every day.

In Jan, fox called it a hoax.  I'm not trying to get into a political debate on TER here, just stating if a person who is most likely above 65 years of age and is visiting providers should definitely exercise caution.

I'm still trying to determine how to "exercise caution", but have been unsuccessful. What are a player and provider to do, wear a mask? Seems either you do it, balls and face out, or stay home. But am open to any creative ways of excercising caution and still getting it on.

Dog, if you did not want to get into a "political debate", then there was no reason to mention Fox News...YOU did that, not the board readers. The fact is that ALL the news outlets got it wrong (remember when CNN and the Dems blasted Trump early on because of his initial travel bans?). My point is simple...people are indeed dying or very ill (I have a good friend who spent 27 days in the hospital, he is in his late 40's)...so keep the fucking politics and snarky comments out of the discussion and stick to the facts. I too have a relative on the front line as a "C Level" executive of the largest home health agency nationally serving the most vulnerable-we talk often. I know the stats and REAL facts around Covid-19. why? To mitigate my risk and that of my family. Covid-19 is NOT the flu/common cold..far deadlier if you have any of the co-morbidities.

Lastly, this "Lets hate Trump, no matter what" is stupid and costing lives. Case in point: HydroxyChloroquine. Data on the use of this drug in combination with zinc and azithtromycin shows that it is very efficacious (Raoult study, Zelenko Protocol, etc). But because Trump called this one right early on, which he did, the mainstream media has waged a disinformation campaign against this drug combination. I trust America's Front Line Doctors far more than I trust CNN, Fox News, ABC News, etc. I've already consulted with my personal doctor and he is at the ready to write this script IF HE CAN as 6 states have already banned doctors from writing it like my physician step-daughter in NV. Also, your pharmacist can now override a doctor's script.... an unprecedented action in the history of medicine in this country......all because of the fucking politics....again, keep the fucking politics out of this!!!!!  I wish more people read this board and would get the message.

Kinge is my new fave poster by far

Yes!  The subject does not matter; the outcome favorable or not matters not; freedom to express an opinion contrary to the politically correct lie is stifled as 'hate speech'. It's a new form of medievalism suppressing personal liberties to convert our socioeconomic system into the one which has failed throughout the world and continues to fail today- socialism. A picture of earth at night from space captures the darkness of this system.

So lame

Take the closed minded crap elsewhere please. Thanks.

Hi Kinge,

I have absolutely no desire to get into a political debate with anyone on TER or any social media outlet.  To put things into perspective, I myself never liked Trump from the beginning.  Not 2016, not when he won the US Presidential election of 2016.  I am definitely not a far left swinging liberal democrat.  Hindsight is 2020 so thinking back, I probably would have voted or supported anyone besides our current Donald in the 2016 elections, including almost every Republican running except Ted Cruz :)  Ha Ha, what a nut job!

Kinge, did I post anything directly about "Lets Hate Trump"?  No I did not....but let me show you a short analysis of his damage to my family and my families income since he took office.......

-- Border Wall - Make Mexico pay for it......I have a brother in law that lives in San Antonio......he is in sales and Trump closing the border has almost put him out of a job.   He must travel from Texas to local border crossings in Mexico and due to the Trump fiasco, he can not get across on a daily basis.

-  Healthcare -  Crash and Burn.

-  Tax cut for the middle income families......Nope, Trump just moved deduction buckets around and I was on the short side.....No home office deduction anymore, no moving expenses deduction anymore....as a result, instead of getting a 5K refund, I had to pay 1K in taxes.

---Tariffs on imports:   These tariffs killed my efforts to blow it out .  The tariffs charged and paid, unfortunately were passed onto the customer.

Hi Dog,

I absolutely respect your dislike/disapproval of Donald Trump. For many years I was a dues-paying member of the libertarian party and my political sentiments have not changed much. I too was on the short end of tax reform (lost all my deductions which far exceeded the doubling of the "standard deduction" in the new law). Unfortunately, when voting these days for any political office, it is voting for the lesser of two evils.

To be clear, I never intended to suggest that YOU were a party to or mentioned anything about hating Trump....you did not. The reason why this is such a sensitive issue for me is that I've been in the medical device industry for over 20 years and have seen first hand what the politicization of medicine has done to patients, doctors, and the industry. Government has been injected into medicine for the last century, sometimes for valid reasons (Medicare expenditures, FDA, etc); However, now politics and the well-meant but disastrous "Affordable Care Act"  are not only trying to control how doctors practice medicine but weaponizing medicine for those who do not comply....it's wrong. The liberal dems along with their liberal media cohorts have a dream of socialized medicine which would be the ultimate life and death weapon that can be used against you, me, and any American. Do you really want big brother government involved in end of life discussions with your doctor? Which meds you'll be prescribed? Which medical procedure or treatment you qualify for? Post-Covid, we now have politicians looking over the shoulder of doctors....a terrible precedent. By the way, the last time I checked the government took money out of my paycheck for both social security and medicare and has for many years now, so it's not as if I'll be getting anything I have not paid for.

Regarding healthcare and your input, good points.  I am not a healthcare expert.  I know that congress allowing insurance to cross state borders opened things up a bit and my Mom being a Vet is benefiting on private VA referral if an appointment is not readily available.

Regarding manufacturing, he is killing about  half of my family. With the Mexico fiasco at the border and my brother in law relying on factories just across the border who need his product and he can't get there.  I'm selling computer technology and the $20-25 increase in cost due to tariffs did not get consumed by the manufacture, but passed onto the customer.  Can some types of manufacturing return to the US? Yes, but not all. We are in a global economy. Not everything can be here unfortunately.  If we manufactured laptops in the US, had all components made here, had the support here for technical repairs and customer service, your $999 laptop would cost closer to $2000.  While it delayed sales and messed up my companies supply chain for about 6 months, my company just gave him the big middle finger. Our manufacturing is now in Juarez Mexico and Eastern Europe.

But yes, since you brought it up, I do not like Trump. Never have, never will.

Enough about all of this crap....Glad you are participating here and I am glad the board is back again.  While I don't hobby like I did back in the day, its nice to chat about these topics with folks who enjoy the same.

Fair enough Dog....a very good argument can be made on the folly of tariffs (i.e. Smoot-Holly), especially in a global economy. Right out of college I was in the garment manufacturing business. Even way back then, it was impossible to have a men's dress shirt made in the USA...too labor-intensive, so I know what you are talking about. Sometimes I think people long for the type of manufacturing jobs that existed during my father's years of employment, high paying union-wage jobs....sadly most of those jobs don't exist anymore. Well, as you said, lets get back to talking about the "hobby".

LOLOL!! That site with the demon seed and Alien lady. Hahahaahhaha!!

It's only fitting that you would write something like that. You are so accustomed to being spoonfed "news" by coiffed hair pseudo models doubling as newsreaders (which is what most of the world calls their "anchorman") that you would not know when real people with no agenda other than to help others are trying to educate you.

The last post from that person was 2008 :)  Must  have recently gone through a divorce and has more free time :)

Most people have more free time, but still  fail to read or grasp anything of importance.  Be safe, dog.

On what the OP asked.

I was wondering if any of the providers caught the virus from a client? -

UMM yes.. Pretty sure there are providers that have caught it and others that have not, this is not an all or none situation. The degree that they show symptoms are dependent on many factors which would take a dissertation to analyze.

I have stopped seeing providers ever since the virus hit in March and wondered if it was safe to start seeing providers again.

Keep wondering because its a crap shoot - you need to look at your demographics and decide if its worth the risk/reward. You cannot make a general statement because each of us has different factors in play..

i test for covid every 2 weeks and so far i have been negative every time, i have also taken antibody blood test and negative (secretly wished i was positive). I also believe myself to be pretty healthy individual run a 9 minute mile (ok 9:20) so i have decided that i am ok to play.. but this is my own opinion.

Trump - Jack Ass
Pelosi - Jack Ass
Cruz - Jack Ass
AOC - Jack Ass

Mike Gravel -  my full support on one subject.. ha ha (this is a joke but i do support the cause)

Those are my politics

At last check, we still have public primaries and elections, so guess who the jack-offs are voting for these jack asses. Looks like a case of mass GIGO, wouldn't you say amigo? If you doubt this, spend a few minutes viewing Mark Dice's videos. Anyway who cares in the land of the free, home of the brave --- how are the Kardashians doing these days?

Mark Dice - jack Ass

Both extreme spectrum's of the right and left are crazy in my book.  GIGO is unfortunately what we have, people seems to be right or left and only vote with what their side claims even if it detrimental to them... i am middle of the road guy a diminishing or silent breed, I go GG Girls and T girls.. ha ha..

No More politics for the remainder of 2020 (September) for me... let chat more about the beautiful encounters we have that is what this board is for!!

LATSDog251 reads

I am all for retiring political chats especially on this board. Its all over FB so why bring it here :)

... in a direct response to this topic, only some hyperbole and politics, except for 'SexyKacy' who stated "haven't heard of infected providers yet". I stated twice the risk% which fell flat. Not much going on here regarding actual experiences prices or information about specific providers. Seems this board could be and maybe at one time was so much more.

till a lobbying (political)exist and no limitations(4+4 years ) for the senate and house politicians ,it a mess for both parties!
USA is  a republic (election of popular vote) not a democracy.

Not entirely....we don't have federal term limits since the supreme court ruled against them. Most folks are in favor of term limits. Although the poster is one of the few Americans that knows that we are a republic and not a democracy.

So with all that here is some info info for the OP... I have been active during COVID and so far have seen about 6-7 different girls (maybe more actually more), I have also been testing for covid (recent test on Sunday awaiting results).

So far i have tested negative throughout my adventures, i have only had one person ask me to wear a mask as we did the deed, others have only asked for hand washing and such. BUT.. back in may/june i did have one provider call me that she tested positive for COVID, she stayed away from everyone once she found out, and i appreciated the heads up. She is back to working, yes i saw her a few weeks ago.

So i will not see anyone until my latest test comes back today-thursday is the anticipation, but so far i have been ok and as i have listed before i decided that i am in decent shape and condition have no underlying conditions and am willing to take on the risk vs the reward.

So again, look at yourself and your health history and decide if its worth the risk or not..

I'm in favor of individuals making their own free choices on how to best mitigate risk. I believe this should have been the policy all along instead of closing down businesses. Look at yourself and your risk profile and ask yourself how well you would fare if infected? Just as important, who is in your household (grandparents, cancer, etc) and how would they hold up? Co-workers? Testing is far from foolproof, especially in the early asymptomatic phase. Just like HIV, assume every encounter could be with someone asymptomatic or negligent about disclosing health status and be willing the pay the consequences if infected.

Sweden urged safety precautions be taken but did not lock down. Initially infections spiked but have since come down, resulting in conditions significanty better than many nations.

Sweeden is a perfect example of rational thinking insofar as COVID is concerned. Their initial "spike" in deaths was from their long term care facilities which have accounted for 70% of all COVID deaths in that country (it's 45% for the USA). More people died of influenza in 2000 in Sweeden than all of the COVID deaths year to date (5,800 COVID deaths so far). Currently, deaths and hospitalizations are in the single digits in Sweeden with many days at zero. But, this is the most important part...Sweeden has already achieved herd immunity which protects the most vulnerable...something the USA has not done due to the never-ending lockdowns in some states. I understand that Sweeden is not the USA, less co-morbidities, smaller more manageable country. But their approach has been far more sensible.

Would appreciate knowing who has had it and recovered, as they are the safest for me to visit. Private messages to me are always kept confidential.

Well if a guy is from Wisconsin with the increase in cases you may be turned down as I was yesterday! Guess when Chicago was a hot spot it was ok to see Wisconsin clients but now it’s reversed it’s not safe.
I understand the safety part but don’t think too much thinking goes into it when they think you are a risk  only because your state has had an increase.
Oh well, they are others and will make sure I never contact her again!

I will not tell you to don't go to any provider just will advise you it will be better if you avoid these things until the vaccine or if you can't wait that long then you can do search for providers but with precautions and wearing masks
