I have spent more than two years participating on another TER discussion board on which there has been a lot of stupid bickering among members, and some (IMO) highly inappropriate behavior (i.e., abuse of power) by the moderator.  In the few weeks I have been active on the TS board, the quality of participation has been very high, and LEL has been a principled and fair moderator.  Kudos to all.
