I see no one answered your question and I really can't tell you to much updated info. I use to see Lisa about 8 years ago when she lived in West Hollywood. She was a lot of fun and I never had a bad visit. I was only into oral so I can't answer most of what you wanted.
I saw her close to 10 years ago when she lived near San Fran. One of the thickest pieces of meat I've ever encountered but she could never really get very hard and it kept going soft. She admitted to me that was because of all the hormones. A bit of a clock watcher too. As usual, YMMV
