There are a number of ads in the Dulles area that post phone numbers in similar ways, all TGTBT I think. If you notice the last 4 digits of the phone number - there is always a space between the first two and last two digits. Given the similarity of that style amongst a group of pretty, yet never reviewed girls; I'd say its a fraud.
