if you post a "Problem Report" for a provider, such as multiple listings under diferent profiles, Staff reviews your submission, and if they find that you are correct, the listings are combined and one of the profiles returns an error. For submitting an approved report, which could be updating a website link, you are rewarded with 2 free VIP days. As I stated, I submitted a problem report, so the reviews were combined under the #74084 profile.
