Tomslick; You'll see the LAXPRESS newsracks alongside other newspaper racks. LAXPRESS will often be clearly written on the side of the rack. These racks are easy to find in the downtown area west to the Hollywood/WestHollywood areas. Generally, the price varies from $0.25 to $1.00.
