As someone who is still unsure about whether or not to take the plunge, the worst case scenario would be to get busted in a sting operation. What steps do you folks take upon arrival to make sure the provider is not part of a sting op? Nadia would be my first and she is an excellently reviewed provider, but you never know. Any comments would be welcome.

Stick with the reviewed providers but someone has to be first.  The  problems is that if you are in a sting I do not know what you can do.  I was reading about men in dallas merely pulling into a parking lot at the Red Roof Inn because they saw a hot chick walk through the parking lot and into the lobby.  The guy made a U-turn and pulled into the lot and was busted.  Without saying a word to the girl or getting out of the car.

If you knock on the door and it is a sting what do you do?  I think you shut your mouth and put your wrists together.  Call a good lawyer that is a local.

1.  The "catch a john" sting is pretty rare, but you have to be careful.

2.  While the "stick to reviewed" advice is a legitimate way to do it, that is no guarantee.  The cops can bust a provider and then take her phone and use her as a kind of front.

3.  Here is what I do:  Never, and I mean NEVER, use your own phone number.  Get a prepaid cheapie cell phone or use the burner app on iOs.  Never pay with anything except cash.  Never use your real name or reveal personal details.  I think most guys peruse the ads for a good long while before taking the plunge.  Only contact girls with ads that have been around for a while.  I personally want to see a website in addition to an ad, preferably one that has some kind of video (to show the photos are accurate, but also the cops won't go the trouble of setting up a website witn video for a john trap.  If the website has x-rated photos or videos, it is from a legit provider--cops won't set up that stuff up.

First for the guy who got busted in Dallas for driving into the parking lot of The Red Roof Inn after he saw a girl but didn't say anything to her or she didn't say anything to him. That guy is an idiot because that is illegal, I'm not saying to get into an argument with the cops because you are never going to win in that situation. If you get arrested when you are brought into the station house and you are in front of the supervisor on the desk explain that you feel you have been unjustly arrested because you didn't proposition anyone and no one propositioned you. You can also request that supervisor call Internal Affairs to do an investigation into why you are being arrested/detained. Usually the minute a cop hears IA is getting involved they back off. As for your phone number being on a providers phone, that is also not a crime! If you get a call from her number and you don't recognize her voice don't fall for it Now listen to this next part carefully gentlemen. Entrapment = When a law enforcement officer or an agent working for law enforcement tells you that you can commit a crime and you will not be arrested for committing said crime. Now LE will let you do most of the talking so you can basically incriminate yourself. So if a provider has your number and calls you let her do most of the talking.

So, re the entrapment: Can you ask provider if they are a cop or if you could arrested for doing what you are about to do? Is there a question you could ask provider to cover your ass?

Herein lies the problem they are not going to tell you they are LE, and if they say they are not LE that is just lying and that is not illegal. One trick you might want to try is if a provider calls you and asks to see you right now don't fall for it. Tell her you might want to set something up in a week or 2, LE is not going to wait around a week for you! Another thing you can do is tell her if she wants she can meet you somewhere for a drink at a public place, LE is not going to put a civilian out in public because if something goes wrong they will get royally screwed with a lawsuit.

Oh by the way one other very important thing you might want to keep in mind, if you have been arrested and want Internal Affairs to investigate the legality of your arrest you don't have to do this from the station house you were arrested at, you can do it from a neighboring station house or get the number from 411 and call them directly, because believe it or not some in LE want to cover from their colleagues.
