I'd probably go with Lavinia. She doesn't fit all of your hopes (kind of business like), but she is functional and hot. She is pretty big, so you may want to take that into consideration. Plenty of reviews to check out as well.

I second this..  She is good with first timers, but make sure you "stretch" a bit before seeing her.  She is HUGE!!!

i would also look into TS Larizza, she is very pretty, immaculate location, and isnt as big as Lavinia but stay extremely hard. overall you cant go wrong with Larizza.
