To get actual length, divide the inches in the TS ad by 2 then add 2 inches.  Ad looks ok based on that.

Ryder Monroe has gone full post-OP if I recall correctly and she was about 6" when I met her... I saw her when she visited the DC area about 2 years ago... before her move to adult films or ads on eros....
