I think Toni is in too much of a hurry to do a good job with a first timer, and she doesn't do GFE worth a damn. (My review from last year didn't get accepted for unexplained reasons.)
I don't know anything about Katrina Li.

Think a couple of links are in order? Haven't met Katrina Li, but have met Toni. Don't think she advertises as a GFE, Think most guys who see her are expecting to bottom. I must have either gotten very lucky, or we just hit it off, because my dates with her have all been a lot of fun. Not a big kisser, but other then that, a very attractive woman who is a fun date, at least that's been my experience.

I saw her a few years ago off Riverside in the Valley.. Business like attitude. Looks good but the pics in the ad are old. Not for a 1st timer more suited for someone who already been loosened from past experiences
pro: looks like pictures kind hearted beautiful smile She tops. very hot, though she is small if that matters to you
con: only got about 30min of fun(And she answered her phone to set up another appointment while I was there) , didn't realize till I got in the car, and she txt'd me the next day to return. um.no
She tried, but couldn't bottom for me. Said it hurt too much. I'm big, but not ginormous.
