I'm curious why Karen Cummings is the best top.  I read a little about her and she does have a big one but other than that what makes her so special and makes her stand out as the best.

Karen has been the best top in Vegas for about a decade. She has also been the most well hung in LV over the years only being displaced a few times by Gabriell and Gina Santangialo. But she has ALWAYS imo been the best and most aggressive hard pumpin top in that city. She really enjoys her work and it shows. TS Kaya who was in LV back a few years ago and also in London for a while imo is a very close second.

Completely acurate... Always a good time but for her rate you can afford to see two girls on different ocassions which would be my preference!
