SO - Likewise on a visit I had to Boston.  Here is what I know:  

She and another posted quite often when I was on a trip there.  I was emailing the other one - seemed like a great email dialog and voice on the phone came off as passable.  I guess I was doing what you are doing:  viewing CLs - hopeing for one of those undiscovered great times.  

NOT - was totally bogus.  Had stolen photos ( huge erection, as well as a busty top ... neither of which were her ).  When we met (and that is all)  - I think she felt so embarrased - said she was struggling right now, and passed on Jinelle's number ( her best friend ).  For the heck of it - I did a search in CL's on Jinelle's phone number and found it also listed under M4M - where I assume the photo was of Jinelle - but with a crew cut. Looked well endowed though.  Not to sure if TS or TV ...

However, I have no first hand knowledge.

BTW - I ended up with a great session with Giselle.

I did a quick look at Boston CL's - to see if the person I emailed was posting, but she was not.  However, there seems to be a huge amount of extremely well endowed gals advertizerd there now !  Not to sure how real.

I think TS Jamie's advice is the best - CL's alone ( bad ),  CL and paid site ( improving ). Paid site and reviews ( better ), Paid Site and reviews from a known source ( best ).
