The party looks like a good way to make some new acquaintances, but the RCMP might well visit and declare the scene a "bawdy house." The party organizers have not exactly been discreet! The website advertises some serious sex fun, much on camera. Talk about creating evidence to be used against onseself!
If everyone were paying the same only for drinks and food, with no sex planned, that might barely pass muster, but it's Toronto where they bust massage spas and hit one agency big time not long ago. The LE environment is not good. LE can say that the party is a thinly veiled "bawdy house" gathering for large scale prostitution during the floor shows, in the bedrooms, and the rooms upstairs, and round up everyone there, including the most innocent persons who came only to pick up a few business cards for future contacts that would have been legit.
Since I have studied the Canadian law and know about the LE record there, I would not go anywhere near that party period. But I may be and hope I am wrong. This looks like a disaster getting ready to happen, tonight!
Sure, the organizers can come up with an interpretation and viewpoint of the law that they think they satisfy. However, the RCMP, judges, and jurors are the ones who make that decision, and could have a very contrary view. They might consider the entire enterprise as a bawdy house conspiracy to increase prostitution opportunities for everyone there.
With all of the advertising, I would not be surprised at a RCMP task force sitting around today going through this same thinking process, except they are looking to arrest lots of people, not for a sympathetic interpretation.
A major bust would do a great deal of unnecessary harm to the TS community. The emphsis is on "unnecessary," because RCMP may see this as a very brazen dare to them, and jump on the dare.

Other informal provider groups in North America solve the problem by having parties that are essentially social meeting opportunities with no sex on the premises. What the party-goers do on their own offpremises afterwards is their own business.
The planned event is not exactly like a typical cocktail party or networking event, unless one has totally lost touch with reality.

Before going near the party, I would sit down and slowly read each and every paragraph of the Canadian law, and ask myself whether I was taking a serious risk of being arrested and ruined? Then you have no one to blame but yourself if a bust occurs.

Today's Toronto papers, the Sun, and the Globe & Mail, had no bad stories or mention of the party, so I suppose we can breathe a sigh of relief, I hope. Personally I would still be nervous of the next one if the organized activities are so blatant and overt.
Guess I'll have to see each of the ladies one-by-one! That's the best idea I've had in a long time! LOL

The Party was a Huge success, the girls had a ball, the guys got more shemale then they could handle, all the pictures will be posted on my site by wed. May 29/02.

As for the postings by the gentlemen with his ”concerns” I would re read what you write about. I read it and I have to say, it has some big holes in it, also the things you wrote about my party, they were very mistaken. I will not say what, I personal feel things like that should stay privet. If you feel the need to continue with this topic, please e-mail me your thoughts and we will keep them off PUBLIC message boards where wondering eyes and people who are not out to help the ts community could do some damage, but I am sure you did not think about that before copying & pasting your message to more then one message board. Jeez Tasha, you posted every detail yourself on public boards well in advance of the party, where anyone from the RCMP to the Pope could read all about it. Do you expect guys to take your word for it that all was clear with the RCMP? If you had a clearance  letter from RCMP [that's a big LOL], maybe you should mention it, but you were taking a big chance with publicizing on the Net the full offerings of the party, and the next one will not be any less risky!
If anybody needs to be discreet, look in the mirror!
The better way is a discreet e-mail list of known hobbyists compiled by providers and hobbyists, as opposed to you posting an orgy with all the sex anyone can handle. What you did was an open invitation to the RCMP to bust the whole bunch, and you are lucky that did not happen.
We guys have a lot at stake too, in case you don't give a hoot about the consequences of a raid. I do.

Now that you have made your comments known, again, I must respond.
Yes, I posted on 1 message board “shemaleescortreview” which is a member’s only board. I also put a message up on all of my websites. All my sites and the message board that I posted on are for shemales & their lovers. I have nothing against this board, or any other board for that mater, I just think that if the board is not all about shemales & their lovers it is not helping anyone, only hurting them. The reason is, a lot of wondering eyes and people who think shemales are nasty and would like nothing more then to hurt them, they are the ones that I am scared that will read what you are saying and get ideas.

I do not have a problem with people talking about there thoughts or concerns, but you went against everything you were telling me I was doing, you posted on a lot of boards, you went into detail about my party’s on boards that have nothing to do with this topic. I have to ask myself, were you trying to start trouble for the others and me who were thinking of attended my party’s?

As a result of what you have said and done, I am now thinking twice about having these parties’s. You have taken the fun right out of them, I would much rather be spending my time updating the pictures from the party then having to go to every message board and do damage control. These party’s are a great way for guys to meet shemales, there is no clubs in Toronto for this. I am not offering sex in exchange for money. The door charge is to cover my cost of hosting these parties’s. Yes I put on my sites “sex” but whom do you think reads my sites?
