Before I start we have to know that Every body have a different level of male and female hormones and that is one of the reason that we all act and look different, as some of us are slim and some are heavy set as result of being on different level of hormones ,some ripped and muscle and some of us are not,  However If a male under goes a male hormone therapy that will make him more ripped as to all male body builders under go that treatment 3 times a years usually and it will make your body to react and will be make you very sexual and fat free female hormone are opposite and will make you  Gain weight.
As the perfect example is  slim slender people are more likely to be sexual than heavy set people as the hormone level in their bodies are  active more than heavy set people.

If a male under goes a female hormone which is quite the opposite as all Transsexuals  do the effect is the same as they will have big changes in their bodies all the nerve their chest turn in to a breast and they feel all sensation that they did not as a male  however some male do have sensitive chests,  and nips,  and as the result they will be very sexual but if they over do their hormones they will not be able to hold an erection and orgasm.  But most can if you work and take your time and it will more likely to be more liquid from and will be very watery.  sometime you might have to spend hours in bed lol. If a transsexual seek medical doctor for her treatment she will 100% be able to hold erection if not then more likely she will not if she bought hers for $25 in mexico.

in General hormones will make you do crazy things and definitely will make the sex more enjoyable and  will make you more horny , but if you overdose your self the result is quite opposite.   it can be a drug and very addictive, And I hate to say 80% of transsexuals are addicted to it.  they will nerve stop doing it with all the side effects in mind.  even though some achieve their goal still under go hormone treatments.
