OK, so you're saying the one who posted the above ad is using Ivy's pic and other pix that are probably not her own.  I will avoid.

I may take a shot at 2) 3) or 4) using a variety of precautions, if I no one has any information on them.  (The one I usually see is out of town.)  By the way I cannot get personal e-mail, as my request for VIP membership was declined.
