Two different providers with different numbers, but they have the same photos.
How can two different providers have the same photos?

In one of photos Ivanna looks a little different.  Maybe Ivanna got facial surgery recently. The Ruby/Ruvi photos are several months old.  Just speculating.

Rubi is in Woodside NYC... Her pics are true where she is in the white dress at a dinner table .. the other pictures in the ad dont ad up .. they are different girls....

for me its a RED FLAG unless Rubi can confirm that its her in both the pics
