I'm pretty sure thats TS Kenya who was Queen of the Universe a year or two ago...Hot Hot.  There are some pics of her at clubcobrala.com as well.  Hot Hot, told she is not fully functional but an amazing looking girl.

I saw this girl at club Avalon couple of weeks ago. My ts friend also thought she was Kenya but she wasn't. I would say she's pretty but Kenya has prettier face and has smaller frame.

I haven't seen either one personally, but the girl in white at the end of the video looks more like the ads I've seen for a girl named "Miranda".  I could be wrong...
