rachel is right!  i can understand schedules getting screwed up, but multiple times and not the courtesy of a phone call to let you know is just bad manners.

Block the mother plucker and save his # on your cell as: No Show or Bulshitter, that way you will know next time he call you and wont answer his call.
I do NOT give a second chance once they stood me up they are banned forever..well only they pay you for the wasted time is ok, but he have to be a regular to give him that kind of chance. I did it a few times with my regulars if for any reason they do not show up and no call to cancel then I wont see them less they pay me for the time they stood me up.

Block the loser. He has enough time on his hands to send you e-mails that waste your time indicates he has no understanding that time is valuable and not something to be wasted.  He has already demonstrated that he does not respect you or your time.
