The pictures seemed familiar and pretty sure they are real, but don't know if she's legit.  I did some more searching and by the phone number I found this other ad on bp.

Number and locale are the same and the pictures of the girls are kinda in the same type, but different names and body dimensions.  Don't know what to make of it, but it's tempting.
