I'd be curious as to what others say.  Her pics, in my opinion are either fake or modified.  She is hiding her face in some and they are all blurry which means something isn't right or she is trying to scan poloroid pics into her PC and the result is very poor quality.

She's got 1 good review from 2007 by a guy with a bunch of reviews.  She's been using these pics for a couple of years and seems to go back and forth between Boston and NYC.  Since she's still using the same phone number from 2007 and has no bad reviews, I don't see any red flags on this one.  That all said, I've learned my lesson and save my money for the ones that are "sure things".
