I was searching for reviews on Saigon Lee, who is not in the database of providers.  However, when I clicked on a certain reviewer's name, I found a list of all his reviews and on the list was a review of Saigon Lee.  The review is still on the site, but when I clicked on "provider's profile," it returns the message that the provider is "inactive."

What does "inactive" mean?  Does it mean the person is not escorting anymore?  Does it mean the person has been "delisted"?  If so, I thought delisting resulted in all the provider's reviews being taken off the site.  I also noticed the same thing with Giselle.

I'll look into it for you and our friends here.

Saigon Lee has asked TER to remove her reviews.  We de-listed the profile.  This means she cannot get more reviews or can be brought up in searches. .  The actual reviews the member wrote are still attached to their accounts so others can see their reviewing style, but the providers profile cannot be brought up though them.

Many times a provider is still active in our system but on the bad website list.  If you would like to search for providers who may be on the bad website list, just select “exclude bad websites = NO” on the search menu.
