Ok folks, I'm back from my work trip.  I wanted to pick the co-mod topic back up.  If anyone, who has been contributing in a constructive and positive manner is interested in helping, its a comittment daily but I would love to hear from you.  More to come later this weekend on details of what you would need to do.....
