I never heard about lawmen doing that any where I was at, whether it was Asia, Europe or South America. There was hazards, but had to take precautions, pay attention to your surroundings, even with the ladies, like hidden cameras. I aint 007, but got to think like him. I walk at a good pace and don't act lost, even when I am. One time I ended up having to take on 2 fellows. Felt sorry for them, so I thru them my change. Language was a complication, but did meet a lot of interesting "Special" ladies in those places!!!
The local county sheriffs in Riverside has nightly sting operations using numerous sites to lure John’s. Stay out of that area unless you enjoy the perp walk.
