The drawback with Nomi is that she is huge, actually too big.  She is nice enough, but nothing special in appearance or personality.  I would have no interest in repeating.  I have no experience with Karen Cummings, but I think that she is a total knockout.   She has tremendous appeal to me even without considering her legendary size.   Everyone seems to nothing but great things to say about her.

This should not be a difficult choice.  If you want an attractive woman who's hung like a horse and knows how to use it, the obvious choice is Karen.  Check her reviews.  She may be a little more expensive but a quality top earns it.

I will agree with you that it is amazing, but your analogy of winning too much money on the lottery misses the mark.  A better analogy is getting a gorgeous car that will only go between 100 and 200 miles per hour, nothing less.  A great car to look at, but you can't really drive it anywhere.  To me, if it is much fatter than the diameter of my throat, then I just can't do what I wanted to do with it.  And I like then big.

If they are not passable, and their figures are not slim and hot, just won't work well for my taste.
