I would say, yes. For one, they are giant. Larger than bolt on grape fruits. 
More like bolt on water melons!! . Even if she were a genetic girl, they look fake. But for sure on a TS, IMO, whoppers like them do not come naturally from taking hormones. They don't even look like a fat transfer or silicone injection. They look like she went in flat chested and came out the same day with bolt on water melons .

No of course those aren't implants, don't ya know, ALL trans girls are born with 1800cc triple "G" boobs.
What can I say but don't worry boys, MINE aren't like that. They don't show the ridge at all, a totally natural femme look, just a bit bigger than what I had before.

I have seen t-girls with larger than D cup, huge voluptuous natural looking breasts and then you have some that look like some one installed rock hard base balls under the girls skin. I don't know how or why one girls gets large, fat natural looking breasts and one gets surgically installed bolt on base balls or grape fruits. But it seems that is what is out there. Years ago doctors needed to make a 3" or so incision under the breast, leaving ugly scars. Now it's done through the nipple leaving no scars. There's still a greatly varying degree of "passable breasts"... ha ha ha
