I hate the drama of a "walk-away." I might give it a shot though.

Interesting perspective, but what I said was that I don't like the drama of a walk-away. I didn't say I WOULDN'T walk away. I said that I'd rather do my homework on the front end to avoid the drama of walking away. I would and have walked away.
