With all due respect, DUUUDDEEE is right.  If you read all the ads and did searches, then you would have your answer.  There are a few (you can count them on one hand, maybe three fingers) of providers who have rock solid reputations in Vegas.  And the "best top" ? gets asked about every month or two and the answer is always the same.

On a side note, one would think that Vegas should have tons of opportunity.  Well, it doesn't. Also realize that LE is agressive, doing what they want.  I think its more on the provider side but know of several who flew in, checked in, took an appt and that was the end of their stay and there was no illegal discussions of any sort.  

Also, I once saw two TS girls walking from their place to catch a cab on the corner. Two motorcycle LE dudes drive by, circle back around and give them a hard time.

If I was going to Vegas and wanted fun, my plan would be to decide on a very solid well reviewed provider (remember, you have only a few) and set up an incall to you.

You can always go to the LV Lounge, I have been there years ago and had fun.  I remember picking up a girl who said she lived down the street.  We go over to her place, not exactly the best part of town, and we start to have fun and she reaches over for her bong and it was not mary jane but something a little bit stronger.  That area is knows for it so exercise caution.
