I too found out the hard way, a review of a provider I could not find any reviews of, saw her, wrote a poor review, and found out she has been delisted. Really irritating. :(

Ladies can be delisted by request or by submitting fake reviews, or basically demonstrating things Ter admin views as a major infraction of Ter policies. You can try mentioning this in the suggestion board. You never know. Better, you can contact Ter admin via pm, and ask about if a lady has been delisted, you should get a reply. There should be a list, but don't think there is.

I met Zeira a long time ago. Not the greatest date for me either, but at least she tried.

My review was rejected because she’s “delisted” from TER.
What does it mean to be “delisted”?
Does the provider file a complaint with TER and request to be delisted?
Obviously, all lousy providers with poor reviews would request to be removed from TER.
Does TER have a legal obligation to comply with providers’ request to be removed?
There should be a list of all providers who’re delisted.
The list of delisted providers would let us know if a provider is delisted or simply haven’t been reviewed yet.
More importantly, we won’t waste time submitting a review that will be rejected.
From now on, I will never waste my time and submit a review unless I known for certain that a provider isn’t delisted.
How do we find out if a provider is delisted?
My review of Zeira was poor, as expected.

What you said doesn’t make sense.
If a provider submits a fake review, that fake review should be removed.
It doesn’t make sense to delist a provider because of a fake review.

If a "provider" asks to be delisted, TER probably has to comply, and if they are delisted, it would , not be in their best interest to "put them" on a delisted list. (legal basis for not complying). However, if people have a question regarding a provider, ask here, or you post a comment regarding a bad provider, you may save yourself the effort to write a bad review. If you have not first seen a "provider" listed review, check here first, and we will try to help.

There are several reasons for a provider to be delisted as folks have already mentioned... I would like to point out that Zeira was most likely delisted by choice! She was not removed for any reasons of negativity or for any other reason than she simply does not care to have information about her sessions shared with others!

She contacted me and spoke to me about this in a review I recently submitted so I know first hand! She is a very sweet girl and simply does not feel comfortable having information shared on here.

Hope that clears up any negative assumptions regarding her reputation which is stellar!

You inadvertently confirmed the very reason as to why reviews are so important.
My experience was negative, while yours positive.
I submitted a detailed review explaining the reason for my assessment.
I’m sure the community would appreciate my input, as yours.
What do you accomplish by delisting a provider?  You reduce the value of TER.
TER has no obligations or responsibilities to the providers, but they do to TER members (paying customers).
