If she entered you without a condom please get yourself tested. I do know there are drugs you can take within 72 hours of the risky act to prevent HIV. Talk to your doctor.
If she entered you without a condom, you can assume that she does with others, which is very very high risk behavior.

Dude, you are responsible for your own safety. You should be getting tested regularly if you are going to play in this hobby. Don't expect others to do it for you.  Anybody will say anything if they need the money bad enough.

If you can't or won't play safe, then you have no one to blame but yourself if things go wrong.

I test monthly...

This seems to be a recurring theme lately.

Personally I test monthly.  Most professionals  test on a monthly basis but street girls often don't test regularly if at all.  Anyone working in the adult film industry as we are has to have a current 30 day blood test.  

RISKS:
In general professional t-girl excorts run about the same risk as straight escorts.  In other words most of the guys we date are straight, married non-drug users.  About the lowest risk factor, other than that they may have multiple sex partners.  There is always some risk, and I'm just gessing here, but I'll bet an escort has a lower risk of catching hiv than of dying in a car accident.

Higher risk are going to be girls who may use injectable drugs or who have sex with drug users.  Higher risk is ANYONE who visits a gay bathhouse - I read a study in LA 30% of the visitors to bathhouses were hiv positive and not all are gay guys.  If you have been to a bath house in the past year PLEASE don't date me...

The risk of getting HIV orally is less, but new studies are showing it is more prevelant that previously thought.  I still do bbbj, but I also have some nice flavored condoms for anyone who prefers covered.  The downside to covered oral is almost nobody can cum that way.  So pretty much if a girl doesn't give bbbj she is out of biz.  (and I hate the taste of rubber...so I will take the risk.)

As for t-girls topping uncovered, besides being stupid, that's plain rude.  They should at least ASK.

Jessica and I always use a condom when we top.  While it's hard to transmit hiv to a top, other std's can transmit that way (clymidia, etc).   I always require a condom as a bottom except for with my partner and in one video I did with my ex boyfriend.  BUT just because I did it in the video, don't expect it in real life.  I know BF's history and he tested the day before.

What is needed is easy and free or very low cost access to rapid hiv tests that anyone can use.  That way partners could test prior to sex.  While it wouldn't end hiv, it would greatly reduce the  risk.  Also easy free access to condoms.
