not that I partake in the piece of candy, but it is my impression that this person has never been in the USA at any point in her internet career. These ads pop up from time to time and then people complain and they disappear
I think that's what you implied when you said, "people complain and [the fake ads] disappear" If not clue me in. Where else would the fraudsters hear complaints, the websites that they place their fake ads on? I always assumed the websites care about getting the money, and could not give a rat's ass if the ad or the person who placed it was legitimate.
