Does anyone know if there is a "scene" in Houston?  Being from L.A. I am pretty spoiled.  Maybe some TS friendly clubs?

There is a bar called Cousins, on Washington Avenue I believe, It has been described as a little on the seedy side, but most of the locals go there I am told.
