Setup an appointment with an advertiser in Boston and was assured that by her that no elevator key was needed. Well I got to hotel in Park Square . I walked to elevator and guess what I needed a key card. I waited to see if a group or individual was coming to the elevator area and NO. Hotel security was everywhere. I tried calling my advertiser and guess what no answer. Called twice. I left pissed. Has this happen to anyone else.

Happened to me on my first TS provider experience, I just waited and got lucky when a group exited.  But unlike your situation, there weren't any security personnel around.  I ended up being late 20 mins, but she understood.

 
Yea understand but she would not answer my two calls, so I left unhappy.

for some of the girls before they selected a hotel. Two nice hotels in our area need room keys.
