I see TS providers mention "no hormones".

Does that imply something about their performance or breast size/shape?

Honestly it really can. I describe myself as fully functional, but what I mean by that is that I can maintain an erection 90% of the time. I cannot actually ejaculate due to hormones. But I also have a pretty nice and entirely natural rack!

There's give and take to it. Since I prefer to bottom, it's an easy trade for me, and besides, I started the transition a loooong time before thinking about this work! It's different for everybody. I can see good reasons why a gentleman might prefer their Tgal hormone free. But then I've been complaint free so far too ;D

I agree with you, Paige, hormone treatment is highly personalized, so the effects will vary.  One thing is for sure though, it makes your skin soft as butter.

And, as for 90% of the time?  Hey, that's pretty good even for a guy!
