This girl has 5 reviews, one that seems very honest, but the 4 others gave her 10 - 10 and the reviewers  has one review posted only, so what's going on?

Unless all those 5 reviewers come forward, everyone will have the same thought as you have, between fake and real! For that, you should make your own judgement! That's like me asking about few hobbyist who has lots of white list/ P411 etc, but they never show up to their appointment not even cancellation.
In my opinion, only you who can be your own judge!

Whats going on?  Hmmmmmmm, my feeling is the poor grammer flows quite well and consistenlty through most of her reviews.  Same person?  Who knows...does not look passable to me but I hope she comes to Michigan.
