I just heard that home testing kits for HIV will be available in October, over the counter. Results take thirty minutes with 92% accuracy. The test does not require a blood sample; it's done by swab and it's FDA approved. I'm wondering how this will effect the hobby. I would never practice unsafe sex with a TS provider, even with each of testing before the session, but testing before the session would make me feel more comfortable with any risk factor remaining in so called safe sex.  

I can imagine testing before a session, for both the hobbiest and the provider, becoming commonplace. You would just spend the first thiry minutes sipping on wine, making out or maybe getting a massage allowing time for the test results.
