Did you even try to search?  Do you want someone to spoon feed the info to you.  Please make an effort, read her reviews.  Then, search this board becuase I bet you will also find great info.  

And lastly, report back on what you learned about this provider, and when you meet her, don't forget to post a review so the next guy that comes along wanting a little 411 on her will have current info.
