I'll co-sign Melissa's response and add that I think it's because a lot of girls will take whatever they think they can extract from you.

My rates are posted on my web site, and on Eros.  I don't post them anywhere else anymore.  I want guys to go to the web site before they contact me.     I started doing that when I was on AFF and I'd get these dolts who'd think they were going to ride my caboose for free... LOL.

I charge the same rate regardless or the venue. Of course I'll never turn down more and if you are a high roller, yes I expect you to spread the love a little...

I do occasionally charge more when I travel due to the skyrocketing costs of rooms.  Anybody check  the Wynn in Vegas next week - it's over $1,150 a night for the cheapest room.  The friggin Orleans wanted $120+.  I had to put off my trip there for a week to le teh conventioneers clear outta town.

I posted this once before and did not get a single reponse.  I should probably just shut up and not spoil the known strategy, but I do have to ask......

TS Girlz advertise on many websites and so do regular girlz. In addition, many traveling TS girls advertise on multiple websites as well to increase their volumes while traveling.

Why is it the exact same person will charge less on craigslist vs. another site that advertises their services?  I mean, the exact same person, different ad, different phone.  You can call both and you are always quoted a lower price on CL? I can see changing your name or having multiple numbers just to track your marketing, but don't get the price thing?  I just don't understand the logic. I'll take the discount and I'm not a cheap ass.  The people surfing CL are the same people opening a second web browser and seeing what eros or another site has to offer.

Any input?  I don't get the logic?

From what I hear theres a stigma with CL that its like walking the streets to some providers
but a better question my be how do they justifiy the rate as the consumer it is Caviot Emptor but as alway as a provider you have to be ready to put the consumer at ease my website tells what can be done by two consenting adults but as of right now no one from this site have even rated my site KAY KISSES WALK ON THE WILDSIDE follow the link sign my guestbook

CL is considered a flea market.  It is considered just one tiny step above being a street whore.  Girls know when they advertise on CL, they are attracting rif raf like Hyperbolic John Holmes :)

On my large local review site, we have a rule.  Guys who are VIP members, get a discount off the LOWEST rate the girl advertises ANY WHERE.  We catch girls doing what you mention and we imediately post ALL of her ads on our site for EVERY ONE to see.  This way our members have opportunity to call her up and say they saw her cheapest ad. :)

Enter the site.  Then click in Indi-board.  Scrool down to the various sections of TS / TV, etc etc.

cant really answer your question because I only advertise on eros & my personel website which generate more then enough calls I can handle when traveling....but I would imagine the reason they charge less on CL is because you cant go on there charging alot, I mean after all its CL & perhaps the provider doesnt think the client is searching all other sites...which im sure most dont...I would just mention to the provider you saw her posting on another site with a diffrent rate & what is the correct rate.

I'm not a provider, but here's my take.  CL attracts many bottom feeders and low-ballers.  This applies to both hobbyists and providers.  I know a couple of higher priced providers that only resort to CL when business is slow. From speaking to a few of these providers, they have told me that they have to lower their asking price to compete with the lower end providers on CL.   My $0.02.

No differences.  Still don't get it because Craigslist was created by a bunch of smartie types in the bay area and it may be free but many many high paid people surf CL. Ok, I won't loose too much sleep trying to figure it out :)
