this board has been slowly turning into eros.you have providers who are posting ads for over a month with no reviews.i believe the girls should have full participation,but you have to draw the line somewhere

They post ads, meet the TER requirements for being a provider, engage in conversation that is  informative, educational and entertaining.

What more do you want from them????  You complain they have no reviews yet post...so post some reviews and quit whining.

I, for one am getting fed up with some of you guys.  You don't like the ladies posting, don't read them.

You don't like the way TER and/or its mods run this forum, start your own, don't allow the providers to be there, and play by your own rules.

Lately it is one post after another from guys using an alias to bash the fact that ladies participate.  Grow a pair or just grow up already.

And for the ladies posting ads here, in this forum, I am for it (as long as they abide by the one ad per week rule).  Many regional boards are very disparaging to TS providers and their clients.  This is one place where they can come, post without getting crap (until lately by guys using an alias) and have their potential clients see the ads.

In my city, there is not too big of a TS scene.  Ladies who travel here are the rare treat that brings quality TS companionship.  Sometimes when they come to Seattle there is not enough time to plan my schedule or finances to see them.

The fact that they post here gives me a chance to get to know them, do my research more thoroughly and make a decision when they do visit and I see the ads on eros or elsewhere.

I just ask that some of you guys lighten up, this place looks nothing like Eros.  This is interactive, we see there personality, point of view and demeanor, these are just or more important than a two dimensional photo and prepared marketing text of Eros.

no reviews and posting a few months is strange.if that happens it becomes craigs list.look at miss jasmine she posts and has reviews,she does it the right way.if she continued to post with no reviews,i think that would be alittle concerning.all the quality providers post with reviews,open your eyes and chill out.

Maybe we should ban the guys with no reviews too, or who use an alias....

If it is strange that they post and have no reviews, so be it.  Post a review for crying out loud.

i do not want to ban these beautiful ladies,that is why we are here,waht i am suggesting if in a peroid of time determined by the moderator,there are no reviews and there are multilple postings we should consider not posting them.this protects the providers and the clients.it will help the legitimate providers like rachel and jasmine too.believe the reason jas or any other reviwed provider has so many reviews is because she is obviously very good in what they do

Then you need to post this on the Suggestion & Policy Board. Moderators don't make policy, they enforce it. Why the alias? How many reviews have you posted?

in said "period of time" too.  The ladies have to pay to be TER members or earn membership by advertising TER on their web page.

They earn the right to post and contribute, reviewed or not.  Just like you have the right to post without reviews too.

As a user of TER I judge the validity of a poster (or reviewer) by the quality of their contribution here not by how often they are reviewed or review.

For a lady who posts here regularly and still does not have reviews then use your own judgement as to whether or not you think they are a quality provider.  If not, don't see them.  

What is your beef with freedom of expression on this forum?  Why do you think that some ladies who follow the rules should be treated differently than other ladies who follow the rules.

Everyone is welcome here and all of us (well most of us) pay to be here and so do the ladies.

I do not see the logic of trying to regulate the ladies posting,,if they follow the posting rules and are eligible to post as members,,whats the problem. I can certainly research them, and if it is within my desire, can book a tryst, and it is up to me to review them,,or not,,but it is not,,"NOT",, up to someone else to dictate what or how I enjoy the board. Who are you "abew" to try and force your will on everyone else,,you should "chill", if you are unhappy with the board, go somewhere else. I am trying soo hard to be civil here,,Let me be very clear,,I belive that ALL eligible ladies should be able to post within the established guidelines, with or without a review!

I don't post too much and i know i only have 1 review, But at the same time, to tell the truth i only come here most of the time to read what many girls post. It is entertaining, and most of it has nothing to do with the 'services'.
So here goes my 3 cents, this is a transexual discussion board, right? i don't see anywhere where it said providers do not enter. So girls, keep em coming. And if i dont like what u have to say, i just wont read your post.

1. This is community board, not a board for men or women only
2. Providers are welcome and encouraged and sought after to participate here, as long as they follow rules
3. Hobbyists are welcome and encouraged and sought after to participate here, as long as they follow rules
4. Providers posting without reviews is OK as long as they stick to ad rules and eventually  get a review. We want to give them time to establish themselves. Remember they don't have free access and we can moderate all their posts.
5. If board members find anyone getting an unfair advantage, please send TST or me a PM and we will look into it.
