Funny you should ask. On the cable show, 'Nip/Tuck' they addressed that very question. The trick is, do you run out of room or do you go in all the way? Thanks for your reply. I think I may have seen 'Nip/Tuck' once or twice. What channel is it on? do you remember? Can the adams apple be surgically removed as well? What about the inside of the post-op's vagina? That certainly must look different. I care because I don't want to have sex with a dude. If they've had gender reassignment surgery, they're not "dudes" anymore so you don't need to worry. If they're masculine enough that you need to think about it, then I have two questions for you:

1) Are you attracted to their masculine features?

if not, then

2) Were they the only provider in town?

Seriously, if they're cute, feminine and post-op, then they're women. If they're not all of the above, then there's got to be some other reason you're interested in them. You do the math.
