I maybe wrong, but I think this was Miriam's reviews.  Someone correct me if I am wrong or confirm that I am right.  I know she used to go by the name Victoria and was based in NYC if I recall correctly.

Thanks for the research. You saved me a lot of time, money and trouble. That's the toughest thing with this hobby; girls get a series of bad reviews, then get new photos, change their name and phone number, and hook new suckers.
