Welcome.  We have a nice group of peeps here who are happy to help.  If you want a 411, I recommend you post a link or you probably won't get much input.  
On Eros, it can be a little tricky.  You have to open the actual ad, the scroll to the bottom right and you will see a box.  Click on that box to create a direct link. I box pops up and you cut/paste that into the body of the TER post or in the URL area.
For most other sites, its as easy as just cutting the URL from the browser and pasting it in the post.  If you do that at Eros, you post a link to all TS girls for that city.

Was going to also mention that on Eros, you can right click on the add, open properties then simply highlight, copy then paste into your post. When you are in properties, you can also see if what other names the particular girl has used with that account.

Other boards that I participate in from time to time have something like sticky notes on their boards where helpful info, FAQs etc can be "STUCK" at the top of the board by the moderator.  

Seems to me like that would be a great idea here as well.  This message for Newbies you just posted is great and what made me think about it.  One benefit is the time it would save you. I know and see just to the left and up 10" there's a link "FAQ for Newbies", but two things about that: 1 that covers all the boards and I'd think that each board is unique enough that stickies for each board would be benificial and 2 one benefit of the sticky is the right up front attention that it gets from being on each board so that Newbies could readily get FAQs answered and we could have timly relevent to the moment info that stays at the top without being pushed down with a week of threads.

So two questions LATS
1 Do you know if there has been discusion from the powers to be about this?
2 Do you think this would be a good idea?
