Yes, the girls try to gauge interest in a city to see if they want to visit with the “traveling to” nonsense. If they get a lot of responses from a city they posted they’ll actually go. If they don’t, their travel plans change. Hope you didn’t plan on seeing a girl who said she was coming to your city and she blew you off. Pretty common practice.
