Hello my friends,

I hope you have not forgotten me!

I went to my Doctor to have the newest x-ray result and...the result was excellent.  Not only i can walk independently now..but all my injuries, except my right knee are 100% healed.

Thanks G0rdster and Rachel...yes....I deserve a good karma this time.  I have enough had the bad one so far LOL.

Today is so warm in Toronto...i think in the 70s.  I'm going to walk outside today!

I just arrived from a loooooong walk enjoying the Sun today, wearing my sexy tight jeans, showing off my body and curve a little bit.
I feel alive, rejuvenated and sexy LOL.
Did I say sexy..yes sexy!  Not only i have started to walk 2 weeks ago...i have also started my body exercises like sit-ups and some butt exercises. Swimming will follow soon!

Gosh....can't wait to be 100% healed
