I got this tip from a TS gal and it works great. As a beginner bottom, there is a ton of info all over the web as others have stated. However, there are a few helpful things to consider that you may not find on the web:
1. Use clean, warm water to cleanse. DO NOT USE saline solution. Rinse until the water is clear and without solids.
2. Don't go to the local chili cook off, eat light so you have less shit.
3. Practice with some toys to get used to it. Start small. Also, anal beads (the strip kind, not the string kind) are great for cleaning as they will pull particulate matter out.
